You’re here because

You are exhausted.

From the outside, you have it all together. Inside, it’s a different story.

You have achieved so much, impacted so many, yet why doesn’t it feel like enough?

You…

  • Live on the brink of burn out and are emotionally exhausted

  • Carry a lot of responsibility, feel stressed, and struggle to sleep

  • Overschedule, wear a variety of “hats,” and have lost yourself in the process

  • Have extremely high self expectations and are your own worst critic

  • Wonder if any one truly sees and understands you

  • Notice a discrepancy between who others know you to be and how you feel on the inside

Hi, I’m Brenda

I am so glad you are here!

I want you to know that I see you, and I invite you to take that in for a moment. To pause, slow down as you read this, and simply absorb that someone truly sees you.

I recognize that you are resilient, capable, driven, and carrying significant responsibility. You notice what others miss, feel things deeply, and are often the one everyone turns to. People are drawn to your wisdom, your compassion, and your trustworthiness. Yet there’s a disconnect between how others see you and what you experience inside. Internally, you feel constant pressure to achieve more, give more, and be more.

You’ve kept your composure through professional demands and personal challenges, relying on determination and perseverance to push through. Your unique design includes feeling deeply, thinking profoundly, absorbing countless details around you, and staying attuned to others’ needs. It’s a gift, but without rest, it leaves you overstimulated, overwhelmed, and running on empty.

You find yourself caught in an endless cycle of doing, yet still feeling inadequate. You wonder if anyone truly understands your deeper thoughts and feelings, or knows the person behind all you accomplish. You feel misunderstood, and you question if you are enough.

I invite you to imagine...

  • What if you could cease striving and simply be present in your work and your life?

  • How would it feel to release the stress, the pressure, and the expectations you carry?

  • What if, for a moment, you could be still and receive grace and clarity?

  • What if you could truly believe deep inside, not just understand intellectually, that you ARE enough?

  • That you are celebrated and valued. That God delights in you. That He rejoices over you.

I believe this transformation is possible. I am a licensed mental health counselor and resilience coach for deep-feeling high achievers (HSPs, empaths, overthinkers, and recovering people pleasers) who excel on the outside yet privately struggle with burnout and feelings of inadequacy. My clients often call me a soul archaeologist, because I help them uncover their true worth, reconnect with their God-given identity, calm their nervous system, and let go of perfectionism, so they can live and lead from a place of rooted strength and rest.

I also offer Christian soul care retreats for women who need unhurried time to rest and reconnect with God. For therapists, dietitians, and treatment centers, I provide consulting on the connection between CIRS and eating disorders.

I work with people who are motivated and ready to take action toward change.
